Olive Oil is the base ingredient in most of our products. Olive oil has countless health benefits. The olive oil you have in your pantry can do double duty as an anti-inflammatory to calm your skin. Thanks to its high fatty acid and vitamin E content, extra virgin olive oil makes a great moisturizer for dehydrated skin
Coconut oil is another highly used ingredients in our products. Unlike mineral oil, there is no chance of having any adverse side effects on the skin from the application of coconut oil. Therefore, it is a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It also delays the appearance of wrinkles and sagging of skin, which normally accompany aging.
Coca beans are native to parts of Central and South America and have been harvested to make natural skin moisturizers in the Caribbean for centuries. Because it has a mild fragrance, a smooth texture and is ultra-hydrating, cocoa butter is a very popular ingredient today around the world in all sorts of commercial beauty products.
Bees wax is in a few of our products. Beeswax can act as a moisturizer as well as protect your lips from the elements. It also gives some of our products the desired consistency.
Shea butter comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea tree and that is naturally rich in vitamins A, E and F. It offers UV protection and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. Shea butter has been used in Africa and other countries for years to improve skin and hair.
Honey is sweet, fragrant, syrupy substance produced by bees contains amino acids, vitamins and essential minerals that keep skin healthy. We use this ingredient to sweeten our products naturally. It also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that is also a powerful antioxidant Vitamin A plays a critical role in maintaining healthy vision, neurological function, healthy skin, and more.
Vitamin D has several important functions. Perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorous, and facilitating normal immune system function. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for improved resistance against certain diseases.
The health benefits of vitamin E come from its antioxidant properties. Pure vitamin E oil is extremely versatile. A major benefit of vitamin E oil for the skin is that it helps the healing process. Activated charcoal powder is an amazing substance and there are many benefits of activated charcoal. It adsorbs more poisons than any other substance known to mankind.
